WE ARE HIRING ✨

Impact Garage Doors is seeking an Accounts & Administration Assistant to join our team!

We are seeking the right candidate to join our office and assist in the day-to-day administrative & accounts tasks. This role would be Monday to Friday at our office in Wollongong CBD (negotiable hours for the right candidate).

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Answering telephone calls and emails to liaise with clients and suppliers.

• Handling money and taking payments.

• Organisation of compliance documents & warranties.

• Invoicing, Reconciliation and Wages.

Experience with Xero and Microsoft Office 365 products will be advantageous.

To be considered for this role:

• Great attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.

•Computer knowledge and experience in an office environment is desirable.

•Possess strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Training will be provided in order to work autonomously in our small but fun workplace!
