Our old office on Pitt Street. Sustainable by Design was based in Sydney CBD for about 5 years. We provided architectural documentation to developers and builders delivering large master planned housing developments, before making the move to a new life in the Illawarra.

My weekend wandering took me past the corner site dual occupancy we designed at Towradgi. The facade is looking great, we chose different architectural styles for the two homes and used colours and materials to create a coherent street scape.

Keiraville town houses are almost complete. These townhouses were designed to address the need for more diversity in an area with a shortage of accomodation options for students and professionals close to the university.
