Update on our Kiama project.
This complex is only 6 years old and already has water entry into the rooms underneath as the flooring was installed level, meaning it did not having the correct falls to handle water appropriately for an external area.

The photos show the damage that water entry can do in only 6 years to any structural timber beam.
We are replacing all the floors, joists and structural beams supporting the upper level.
Please note that the original work was not completed by us, we were contacted to complete all rectification works.
