May edible grow guide is here.

Not sure what to plant this month? We’ve broken it down by climate zone so you can sow with confidence.

Tropical
Time for heat-lovers and fast growers like beans, cucumbers, eggplant, pumpkin, sweet corn and tomato. Keep succession planting leafy greens for a steady harvest.

Sub-tropical
A great month for beetroot, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, lettuce, parsley, spinach and more. Cool-season crops will thrive as temperatures settle.

Arid
Perfect timing for artichoke, cauliflower, kale, leeks, onions, parsnip, potato and radish. Focus on soil prep and consistent watering for strong root development.

Warm temperate
Sow beans, peas, rocket, silverbeet, spinach, swede and turnip. Leafy greens and brassicas will perform beautifully now.

Cold temperate
Lean into artichoke, asparagus, bok choy, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, peas, radish and spinach. Cool conditions mean sweeter leaves and slower, stronger growth.

Save this guide for later and let us know your climate zone below.

These six flowers attract beneficial insects, confuse and repel pests, and help create a garden that manages itself. No chemicals needed.

The secret weapon underneath it all? Healthy soil. Stronger plants naturally resist pest pressure better.

Which of these are already in your garden?

Bare feet belong on grass, not weeds.

If broadleaf weeds are creeping in, don’t let them take over. A few simple steps and the right product can make all the difference.

This formula controls a wide range of common lawn weeds (excluding Buffalo lawns).

Save this for later and if you’re unsure which solution suits your lawn, send us a DM with your grass type and suburb.

March edible grow guide is here.

As the seasons begin to shift, it’s time to balance late summer crops with the first of the cool-season favourites. Here’s what to focus on in your zone.

Tropical
Keep warm-season crops thriving while introducing leafy greens and brassicas. Think beans, cucumber, eggplant, pumpkin, sweet corn, plus beetroot, cabbage and kale for the transition.

Sub-tropical
A great month to blend seasons. Sow beans and zucchini alongside broccoli, cabbage, carrot, rocket and silverbeet.

Arid
Focus on steady root development and hardy greens. Beetroot, carrot, kale, leek, lettuce, mustard greens and radish will perform well with consistent watering.

Warm temperate
Lean into brassicas and leafy crops. Broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, kale, spinach, turnip and swede are ideal now.

Cold temperate
Cool conditions are perfect for building strong roots and sweet leaves. Plant cabbage, carrot, leek, parsnip, radish, spinach and turnip.

Save this guide and start planning your March planting.

Companion planting doesn’t have to be complicated.

Start with the meal you love to cook.

Choose one base plant, add flavour plants you’ll reach for often, and surround them with support plants that protect quietly.

Once you see gardens this way, planning becomes simple.

Recipes first. Rows second.
