✅️❌️ Know what you can and can't do without a permit.

🤔 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 10/30 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲?
The 10/30 rule in Victoria allows property owners to manage vegetation around their homes for bushfire protection without needing a planning permit.

• You can remove any tree within 10 meters of an existing building used for accommodation* (e.g., your house).
• You can clear shrubs and vegetation (excluding trees) within 30 meters of that building.*

*This exemption applies to buildings built before 10 September 2009, except in certain areas where local planning schemes or overlays may limit it.
