So you want a solenoid box done right. You want it to never have creepy crawlies in it. This is what you have to do. I've just done mine this way. Roof and Gutter Silicone in the gaps any entry point. Quality fittings such as cobra clamps ensure no leaks. Double box for easy access. Just need to add some crushed river rock and job done.

This is my backyard. 116sq/m of Bermuda Tiftuf Couch. I layed this at the end of summer. I didn't have a chance then to get the top dress levelling in until now. There's alot of work that goes into making the perfect lawn in the back yard but the hard way is the proper way. Not long to go before I get my Masport Cylinder Mower out.

Now is the time to measure up those old areas that need a spruce up. The reason is there are multiple deals to be had with paving companies. Buy now, lay in spring. I've personally just bought 65sq/m of 500x500mm luxury shot blasted from Garden Grove. Normally $68sq/m sale price $38sq/m.
