A big thank you to Essential Energy for their efforts getting the power line reconnected this morning. Much appreciated especially when they are extremely under the pump after the storm.

Tree across Forbes Street, took out power line. No power at the Convent! Lucky no one was driving past at the time. Council had been advised ages ago about three trees that were a concern only to be ignored. So far two have had major limbs fall in high winds.
