This interior is conceived around the changing character of light throughout the day. At midday, a skylight above the stairwell draws in overhead sunlight, naturally illuminating the entire space and reducing the need for artificial lighting. The vertical volume becomes bright, open, and connected to the sky.

As evening sets in, the atmosphere shifts. Warm, controlled lighting highlights the central indoor landscape, transforming the space into a softer environment. Acting as a transition between the shared living areas and private units, this space frames views toward the dining area while offering a cozy dining experience in the evenings.

This upcoming residential project is envisioned as a family home that embraces the natural landscape surrounding it, most notably the adjacent pukur (pond). Drawing inspiration from vernacular architectural elements, the design reinterprets traditional forms through a contemporary lens.

Generous terraces are integrated throughout the structure, creating spaces for greenery and outdoor living while encouraging a family-oriented lifestyle that connects residents with nature. The project also features a thoughtfully designed pukur ghat, reimagined in a modern architectural language, offering a calm and engaging interface between the home and the water.

These images capture how the space transforms through the changing light of the day. As sunlight shifts, it creates new patterns, moods, and spatial experiences for the residents. The architecture is designed to evolve with time, allowing the home to feel different from morning to evening.

This terrace is shaped by a series of repeating concrete frames that create rhythm and depth. The built-in seating invites people to pause and enjoy the open sky and surrounding greenery. Light and shadow move across the surfaces throughout the day, constantly changing the atmosphere. Simple materials and strong geometry make the space both calm and striking.

Construction is underway for NHA Multipurpose Tower, a commercial development in Halishahar, Chittagong. Envisioned as a vibrant destination that brings together retail, dining, and recreation, the project features a dynamic shopping mall anchored by an open-to-sky food court, creating an active social hub filled with light and movement.

Designed to serve the wider community, the complex also includes a recreational zone with a fully equipped gym and fitness center, along with a dedicated kids’ zone, making it a place for all ages to gather, relax, and engage. This project aims to redefine everyday commercial spaces as lively, people-centric environments.

This restaurant is shaped through a careful orchestration of volume, light, and landscape. The architecture steps outside traditional form-making and instead sculpts a dynamic interplay of planes, voids, and shifting geometries. A prominent feature is its sweeping, celebratory staircase which anchors the composition as both a functional connector and a sculptural moment, dramatically reflected in the water body below.

Textured brick screens, exposed concrete, and slender steel columns work together to create a dialogue of material warmth and structural clarity. The porous façade filters light throughout the day, while the floating roofline and shaded terraces reinforce a sense of openness to the surrounding greenery.

The landscape acts not as a backdrop but as an integral part of the building, framing views, guiding movement, and grounding the building within its natural context. The result is a spatial experience that feels fluid and immersive.

The site is embraced by hills and nature on 2 sides, and that very essence of the natural environment flows into the architecture itself. Cascading terraces form a series of rooftop gardens with walkways and gazebos. These green pockets allow the residents to unwind, connect, and enjoy the rare gift of outdoor living within an urban setting.
