The concept behind the design is to make people feel the luxury of green in a tight space. Shading devices are used as built-in planter boxes those satisfy both the purpose of shading and plantation without violating regulations. The staircase act as the ornamental part which gives an extraordinary experience of indoor-outdoor spaces through vertical tunnel of green facade.
The Designer's thought was to provide a semi-private space for each apartment by the landings of staircase, as each floor has one unit. The building integrated roof garden over community space adds extra value to the building by creating green space vertically simultaneously reduces the footprint of the building. The architecture adds the value of life within a compact concrete structure in a manner of sustainable living.
