Our DHL Warehouse project in Tongi, Gazipur is in its final stage — a 50,000 sq.ft. logistics facility built to set new standards in efficiency and performance.

The design integrates:

High-capacity storage racking systems

Dedicated loading/unloading docks

A modern administrative office block

Optimized utility and service zones

Every element has been crafted to ensure smooth, reliable operations.

The large-span structure, with its variable-height pitched roof, combines strength, adaptability, and sustainability. Natural ventilation, semi-transparent roofing, efficient rainwater drainage, insulation systems, and solar-ready skylights work together to create a resilient, future-focused facility.

Our Quadruplex on four katha land at Kanchan, Narayanganj is nearing completion – built almost exactly as per our design, and we couldn’t be happier!

Ground Floor: Parking, lounge & caretaker’s room
First Floor: Dining, family living, kitchen & guest bedroom
Second Floor: Four bedrooms
Third Floor: Two studio spaces
Rooftop: BBQ corner & lush vertical greenery
Super Roof: Fun pool

Each level features generous balconies and green pockets, thoughtfully designed to bring nature closer to home. A sculptural metal staircase leads to the super roof, offering panoramic views of the Dhaka-Purbachal Expressway (300 ft. road) – at least until the skyline rises.

NICOLE Office, Moghbazar, Dhaka

We’ve recently completed the office interior for NICOLE at Moghbazar, Dhaka. Though compact in size, the space has been thoughtfully arranged to meet all functional needs. We are grateful for having such a cooperative and considerate client—working in this collaborative spirit was truly a pleasure.

A calm beige and white palette, paired with clean geometry, created a spacious and ambient feel, while provisions were made to welcome natural daylight
