Developed on a limited 1,250 sqft urban site, the design focuses on maximizing functionality, comfort, and visual identity while maintaining a peaceful religious atmosphere for the local community. The architectural concept emphasizes clean geometry, balanced proportions, and natural environmental responsiveness.

Children’s Park and Water Kingdom is envisioned as a medium-scale family recreational destination inspired by the playful energy of children, the relaxing movement of water, and the immersive character of tropical landscapes. Located along the Sunamganj–Sylhet Highway, the project integrates amusement, leisure, and landscape into a vibrant recreational environment for families and visitors of all age groups. The project features a mini water kingdom consisting of a relaxing lazy river and water slides, designed to provide enjoyable and family-friendly aquatic experiences within a compact setting. Alongside the water attractions, the development includes children’s rides, interactive play areas, landscaped walkways, shaded seating spaces, and a modern family restaurant overlooking the recreational zones.
The architectural and landscape design follows organic and fluid forms inspired by the natural flow of water, creating smooth circulation and visually connected recreational spaces throughout the site. Tropical plantation, open green areas, and landscape-integrated structures enhance the environmental comfort and resort-like atmosphere of the project. Through the thoughtful integration of recreation, water attractions, landscape, and contemporary architectural elements, Children’s Park and Water Kingdom aims to become a lively and memorable leisure destination in the Sylhet region.

Kadir Heights is a contemporary G+13 residential apartment building designed to maximize urban living quality within a compact 4,250 SQ FT site. Commissioned by Mr. A. Kadir, the project reflects a balanced approach between modern aesthetics, functional planning, and efficient space utilization.
The design emphasizes vertical elegance with a clean and rhythmic façade composition. Horizontal slab projections and carefully articulated balconies create depth and shadow, enhancing the building’s visual identity. The use of ms railings, textured surfaces, and subtle material contrasts contributes to a refined and contemporary architectural language.
Each floor is planned to ensure optimal natural light and cross ventilation, providing a comfortable living environment for residents. Openings are strategically positioned to capture daylight while maintaining privacy in a dense urban context. The apartment layouts are thoughtfully organized, prioritizing functional zoning between public and private spaces.
The ground floor accommodates essential services such as parking, security, and entry lobby, ensuring smooth circulation and accessibility. Vertical circulation cores, including lifts and staircases, are efficiently placed to serve all floors while maintaining safety and convenience.

The Rahel Ahmed Residence is a contemporary G+5 residential building designed within a compact urban plot in Mymensingh.
Developed on a compact footprint of 2,960 sqft, the project maximizes spatial efficiency while ensuring comfort, natural ventilation, and modern living standards.

The south-facing orientation allows the building to benefit from ample natural daylight and prevailing breezes, reducing dependency on artificial lighting and enhancing indoor environmental quality. Each floor is planned to accommodate functional living spaces with a balance of privacy and openness.

The facade expresses a contemporary language with clean horizontal and vertical elements, integrated balconies, and shading devices that respond to the local climate. The design emphasizes simplicity, elegance, and durability, suitable for urban residential living.
