The Part-1 of this book primarily emphasizes the basic public administration concepts, theories, and new developments. It gathers the contributions of famous administrative thinkers that led the foundation of public administration as an academic discipline. The theories analyzed in this book include management theories, leadership theories, public policy models, and motivation theories, along with their application in different contexts. Furthermore, Part-1 focuses on the three branches of a government, i.e. legislature, executive and judiciary, with their structures, compositions and roles.
