By collaborating closely with our clients, we are dedicated to crafting inspiring spaces that transform imagination into reality—spaces that are smart, sustainable, and uniquely tailored. Site Architect/ENGINEER
Studio Aestheta Architects & Associates

Studio Aestheta is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Architect/Engineer to join our team.

Position: Site Architect/Engineer
Work Type: Full-time/Contractual
Location: Dhaka & Project Sites

Responsibilities:

-Supervise construction sites as per approved architectural drawings and design intent
-Coordinate with contractors, workers, and the design team
-Ensure quality control, material checking, and timely progress
-Prepare site reports and documentation
-Assist in preparing BOQ and basic estimation work

Educational Background:

-Diploma in Architecture
or
-Diploma in Civil Engineering

Required Skills:

-AutoCAD
-SketchUp
-MS Excel & MS Word
-Ability to work with BOQ & basic estimation

Who We’re Looking For:

-Someone responsible, punctual, and organized
-Able to read drawings confidently and handle site-level decisions
-Honest and committed to long-term growth

Built in the 1990s, the residential building stands as a testament to traditional brick masonry techniques. Designing a sensitive rooftop extension was both a challenge and an opportunity to enhance the essence of the existing structure. The proposal carefully integrates additional accommodation spaces and necessary amenities for family gatherings while preserving and elevating the original ambience. A dedicated rooftop gardening space remains unhampered, offering both functional and aesthetic value, ensuring the extension complements the family’s evolving lifestyle.
