POST FOR SITE ENGINEER
Position: Site engineer (diploma)

Job Description/Responsibility:
1. Initial field surveys.
2. Preliminary Review the construction proposals initiated by the Field staffs.
3. Where needed, provide preliminary technical assistance/guidance to field staffs for the initial material estimates and plans for infrastructure development.
4. oversight and monitoring construction/infrastructure development works at the sites where the work is conducted.
5. Monitor to ensure that the specified quality and quantity of materials are provided, acceptable and used by the contractor.
6. Oversee and monitor all facility development works to be implemented .
7. Responsible for regular consultation with the field managers and local representatives to ensure close collaboration in project work planning, management of field level implementation, quality assurance, and timely completion of agreed upon performance targets and periodic reporting of achievements, results and impacts.
Job Nature: Full-time
Educational Requirement: Civil Engineer ( Diploma)
Experience Requirements: Must have 4-5 years experiences in relevant field.
Additional Job Requirements:
• Age 28 to 35 year(s)
• Must be smart, dynamic and capable to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in complex situations.
• Good communication skills in English and Bengali.
• Must have good Computer literacy in MS Office Packages.
