To overcome huge Pressure on for huge moment, Footing shape has been properly arranged. Soil Bearing Pressure, Overturning, Sliding, Uplift everything checked.

In Along with Anchor Bolts extra Tension Reinforcement provided to resist huge Tension Force.

Fixed Support at Base has been assigned to reduce member displacement. From analysis we have checked deflection with respect to Limit L/180 for Live Load, L/120 for DL+LL. We have found Deflection at free end 24mm

🚧 The Owner’s Famous “3-Day Rule” 🚧

With architects, the owner spends months 🗓️ discussing, adjusting, and redesigning every tiny detail…
But when it comes to structural engineers? Suddenly:
👉 “Can you finish it in 3 days?” ⏳😂

📖 Short sad story:
• Owner: “I need the full structural design in 3 days.”
• Structural engineer: “Sure, but there’s an issue that needs an architectural fix.”
• Owner disappears for weeks with the architect 💤.
• Comes back: “Okay, now finish in 3 days.”
• Structural suggests a better architectural solution 👷‍♂️✨.
• Owner vanishes again for weeks 🕰️.
• Returns: “We still need it in… guess what? 3 days.” 🤦‍♂️

It’s like someone told owners that structural design MUST equal 3 days—no matter the complexity, no matter the coordination.
As if quality depends on how short the deadline is.

Strange math, isn’t it? 🤷‍♂️

In South Asia, Many Buildings are constructed over Soil filled Canals or Ponds. Lowering of Water Level under the loose soil is very dangerous.
Another villain, Liquefaction is the process where soil loses strength and temporarily behaves like a fluid, often caused by earthquake shaking in water-saturated ground.

That's why Soil Test is non-negotiable factor before Designing foundation for a Building or Structure.

A deep (pile) foundation can be a building's superhero, anchoring it to stable ground even when the earth below tries to collapse. The recent sinkhole in Thailand is proof—the buildings that stood had this crucial support (Photo attached).

Most of the Clients for Residential Building searches for Cheap Designers who can avoid Deep Foundation even it's recommended in Soil Report. Choosing a way to skip a Recommended Deep Foundation isn't saving money. It's a suicidal attempt with the structure's life—and the lives inside—on the line. 🏢⬇️
