It’s an 8 storied residential building with a contemporary outlook, open balconies, exposing materials, and big bold openings. Though the Front side of the building is east facing and a rail line surrounded on the west side, so the major focusing part of the design has controlled the sunlight from the east & west side and also ensures to reduce the sound from the west side rail line. From this perspective, shading angles are designed with sun direction from all sides of the building, which able to control the sunlight but confirm better air circulation. The building provides maximized openings aesthetically and is uncompromising in terms of providing the best internal comfort.

The characteristic of this project is the timeless beauty of fair-faced concrete, and the use of brick in shading devices also helps to differentiate the masses that create the architectural expression.

Now a day it’s hard to get a space for social interaction, and also we didn’t get enough space in the ground for green and community facilities. So we decided to design the roof as an internal interaction space with community facilities such as a community room, gymnasium, etc. It’s also becoming a central social breathing space for dwellers.

It’s a seven storied residential building with a contemporary outlook, open balconies, expose brick and big bold windows. Ground floor are contain with parking and 1st floor has one unit. From 2nd to 6th floor are contain 2 unit in each floor. Though we didn’t get enough space in ground for green and community facilities, so we decided to design in roof as an internal community space. In first floor also design as a green terrace for dwellers. This allows for better air circulation and for better perspectives on approach, creating a grand impression.

Roof act as a communal & breathing space. Now a days we didn’t get a interactive space for social interaction.We are try to create a single interaction space for dwellers with big terrace and community interaction into roof. A green facade provided to balance the ecology and hide the service.
