SMART HUB — COWORKING SPACE

Located at Rahim Plaza, Khulshi, Chittagong, Smart Hub is a coworking space designed for CPDL, created to support focus, flexibility, and collaboration in a shared work environment.

As the interior design partner, Sthananko approached the project with clarity in space planning, balance in material and lighting, and a strong focus on everyday usability.

A beauty salon is more than a place for services — it’s a space where people pause, feel cared for, and reconnect with themselves.

For Art & Beauty, our approach was simple: create an interior that feels calm, welcoming, and comfortable, while supporting everyday functionality for both clients and professionals.

Through thoughtful layout, lighting, material choices, and detailing, the space was shaped to feel balanced, warm, and easy to use — allowing care, confidence, and experience to take center stage.

একটা সফল প্রকল্পের ভিত্তি - পারস্পরিক বিশ্বাস।

এই ভিডিওতে একটি রেসিডেনশিয়াল বিল্ডিং ডিজাইন প্রজেক্টের অভিজ্ঞতা তুলে ধরা হয়েছে যেখানে আর্কিটেক্ট টিম, অপারেশন টিম এবং সর্বোপরি ক্লায়েন্টের দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি ছিল পারস্পরিক ভাবে যুক্ত বা এলাইনড।

এই প্রজেক্টটি শুরু থেকে শেষ পর্যন্ত পরিচালিত হয়েছে একটি টোটাল সল্যুশনস প্রজেক্ট হিসেবে।

আর্কিটেকচার ডিজাইন, স্ট্রাকচারাল ডিজাইন, সাপ্লাই চেইন, প্রজেক্ট সুপারভিশন এবং ম্যানেজমেন্ট, অথরিটি এপ্রুভাল—প্রতিটি ধাপে ছিল খুব ক্লিয়ার কমিউনিকেশন এবং দায়িত্বশীল ইমপ্লিমেন্টেশন বা বাস্তবায়ন।

এই প্রজেক্টের সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ দিক হলো ক্লায়েন্ট ও টিম স্থানাংকের মধ্যকার বোঝাপড়া ও আস্থা। আমাদের দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি বলে, দুই পক্ষের মধ্যে ক্লিয়ার কমিউনিকেশন এই প্রজেক্টটিকে করেছে প্রথমত স্ট্রাকচারড, যথেষ্ট ডিসিপ্লিনড, এবং সর্বশেষ ; একটা সামগ্রিক সফলতার গল্প।
