Just a block from Times Square, 120 West 42nd Street - aka The Annex Building - stood vacant. NLSA was brought in to breathe new life into that prime corner, creating two modern, leasable retail units: one now a bustling bakery and the other primed for its next tenant.

From strategic space planning and demising wall construction to coordinating base-building services and even relocating entryways around Whole Foods’ operations, we handled every challenge, right down to sourcing discontinued glazing materials to preserve the original aesthetic. Working alongside the building’s asset managers and MdeAS Architects, we delivered a seamless blend of form and function.
