In our project VLAK, shed roof floats over an open space nested in the garden, where cooking, eating, gardening and sharing time will blend into the rhythm of warm days ahead.

Project 67TITIAAN is a house renovation where the focus is on preserving the original character — existing elements and materials, imperfections, and the patina built over time.

New steel beams open up the interiors and support movable elements with different functions, organising the space where heritage becomes an active part of everyday life.

We are incredibly honoured to see our project PAN (Bles, Laken) featured in the latest issue of A+ !

This issue, A+317, is co-edited by Aurélie hachez and dives deep into 'Joints & Details', exploring how the smallest elements carry profound technical, historical, and narrative meaning.

Our transformation of the former Hollandia dairy stables into a multidisciplinary medical center (Bles Community Health Centre) is showcased in the magazine, detailing our circular approach. We focused on inserting flexible 'pockets' into the existing, raw industrial shell and carefully carving out two gardens. The design meticulously preserves historical traces like the original sloped brick floors, the distinctive timber roof structure, or even old stable wall markings, ensuring a continuous dialogue between the building's industrial past and its new role as a community-centered health oasis.

A special thank you to A+ ARCHITECTURE IN BELGIUM for this recognition and to Tim Van de Velde for the vivid photography that truly captures the spirit of the space.
