Our competition proposal for LionCity, Sint-Jans-Molenbeek, reinterprets the fine-grained coexistence between living and making in the city. Inspired by the historic “atelier houses”, it proposes a new typology where shared courtyards, generous covered streets, and productive ground floors foster encounters between residents and makers.

The design creates a vivid dialogue between workspaces and homes, with a large collective garden at its heart, a place where communities grow, ideas circulate, and production becomes part of everyday life.

This project reflects our belief that the productive city is also a social city.

Our competition proposal for Greenbizz II explores how urban production can become a catalyst for ecological and social regeneration. Between the Tivoli neighbourhood and Brussels’ main logistics axis, the project envisions a porous and productive landscape where making, learning, and meeting coexist.

The design brings together workshops, collective gardens, and generous public spaces, forming a network of plazas and green corridors that blur the limits between work and daily life. At the heart of the site, a central square connects productive ground floors with shared terraces and rooftop urban farming, creating an ecosystem where circularity becomes tangible.

Designed with spatial reversibility, the project allows workshops to evolve into housing over time, ensuring lasting adaptability and resilience. Greenbizz II proposes a new model for the sustainable city, one that celebrates collaboration and proximity.

The new combat sports hub in Punaauia has officially been inaugurated at the Punaruu stadium, in the presence of French Overseas Minister Manuel Valls, President Moetai Brotherson and members of the government.

As designers of this project, we are proud to see this unique facility come to life. With 1,200 m² dedicated to judo, boxing, MMA and taekwondo, the hub provides state-of-the-art conditions for athletes preparing for the 2027 Pacific Games, while also opening its doors to schools and federations.

Launched in 2022, the project is part of a larger strategy to decentralize sports facilities, long concentrated in Fautaua, and to renew infrastructures across Tahiti. Cofinanced by the State and the Country, it is one of 16 sports sites currently under construction or renovation, representing an investment of 13 billion CFP.

More than a sports complex, the Punaruu hub reflects a vision: offering top-level conditions for Polynesian athletes, while strengthening the social role of sport in education and community life.

We’re excited to share the first designs for Keerdok Mechelen – Belgium’s first permanent public infrastructure for open water swimming.

From summer 2027 onwards, it will be possible to swim in the Dijle every day of the year. The project includes separate zones for sport and recreation, a shallow “acclimatisation” area, and a long green seating and leisure zone along the water. Accessibility is central, with a gentle ramp allowing wheelchair users to enter the water.

This project is about much more than swimming: it redefines the relationship between city, water, and public space.
“Water in the city is something magical: it is important for the climate and for social cohesion.”

Exciting news - a new project is making waves! We're proud to be part of the team designing Keerdok Mechelen, Belgium’s first permanent public urban infrastructure for open water swimming.

In collaboration with , DN&T engineers, and , we’ll be working on a unique site along the Binnendijle: a swimming complex combining a children’s and plunge pool, a diving zone, an open swimming area, and new facilities for stand-up paddling and small boats.

Beyond being just a place to swim, this project is about rethinking the relationship between city, water, and public space. It’s a new step in how we live with our rivers, not just next to them, but in them.

Thanks to the City of Mechelen for the trust. Public input moments are planned for this summer, we’re looking forward to shaping this space together!

We’re thrilled to share that our Combat Sports Centre at the Punaruu Stadium in Tahiti is featured in the latest issue of A+ Architecture in Belgium!

In the design competition, we were the only team to propose integrating the existing grandstand into our concept, rather than adding another isolated volume to the already paved site. This move wasn’t just architectural, it was urban, aiming to restructure the area and give it a new public face, one that opens up to the city, the park, the ocean… and the island of Moorea beyond.

The programme brings together four spaces dedicated to combat sports (dojo, boxing, MMA, fitness), designed to support a practice that’s often forced into the streets due to a lack of proper infrastructure. The new building acts as a true public interface, facing the main road and offering generous views over the landscape.
