A silky baobab and coconut cream panna cotta infused with Madagascar vanilla, bringing together tropical richness and bright natural acidity.

Finished with apple balsamic gel for sharpness, and layered with tart red currants and golden physalis for bursts of freshness, sweetness, and balance.

A dessert that feels both festive and exotic creamy, vibrant, and deeply comforting.

Baobab, known as the “Tree of Life,” is one of Africa’s most iconic ancient trees, revered for centuries for its resilience and nourishment. Its fruit is naturally rich in vitamin C and has a bright citrusy tang, long used across African cuisines and traditional medicine. Rooted deeply in African heritage, baobab carries both history and flavor a symbol of life, strength, and community.
