Ncbham Creative agency We come from different communities, regions, countries. Our extraordinary diversity makes our creative process unique. Nothing is left to chance.

We are interiors designers, architects, strategists, food consultants, graphic designers, 3D artists, product designers and workplace consultants. Together, we have fun questioning habits & materials, thinking beyond the norm. Our agency specialises in not specialising, we strive by avoiding any formal signature. Tell us what you want, what you really really want

For us, each project starts with

a meaningful encounter. We actively listen to you, exchange with you. Together we define your needs, then we conceive and deliver the right answers. We are creative adventurers by night & technical experts by day. We take all the creative risks to develop the right solution, while ensuring it is technically achievable. Branding as foundation. You are our starting point and our finish line, the solution we create for you conveys your vision, values and culture. Each element we develop reflects the personality of your brand. Creating a better world. We stand for creating more substance with less material and energy consumption. We go for eco-conscious solutions and selecting sustainable materials whenever possible.

Sometimes, the final result only makes sense in dialogue with the past.
In that contrast, a few seconds are enough to reveal the work behind the space.

Before becoming Materiatek, the building was gradually stripped back, reinforced, and opened up, allowing light, structure, and proportion to resurface.
Rather than imposing a new identity, the renovation worked through listening and adjustment. Heavy interventions became a way to reveal what was already there, setting the conditions for how the space could be inhabited, shared, and activated.

The before and after mark not a rupture, but a transition:
from an industrial shell to a place shaped by use, intention, and collective life.

It’s September, Design September that is!

C’est la rentrée, and with it come the first drops of rain, sending us in search of shelter: movies, performances, and why not some inspiring exhibitions?

To celebrate the month of Belgian design we take you back a few years ago, when face masks were mandatory and group visits restricted and, yes, despite all that, our first participation in DS.
Our exquisite Horta House, the Hôtel Winssinger was the refined host of our installations: a creative display of our projects that opened a dialogue between tradition and contemporary practices, aesthetics and know-how.
We Connect the Dots as we look back with fondness on what was a very successful and engaging new experience for us!

Are you up for a drink? Maybe a warm meal and a dessert?
When it comes to showcasing food and beverages, we aim to inspire - designing counters that are not only practical and functional, ensuring a smooth workflow, but also visually aligned with the offerings on display. Each element is meticulously designed to integrate seamlessly with the technical components and equipment, while also fitting within the broader spatial layout, considering implantation, form, and lighting.
Almost entirely custom-made, the pieces reveal a carefully crafted aesthetic that support the overall narrative of the space, merging harmoniously with the culinary experience.

Bars and counters serve as anchor points in a dining area, so we devote particular attention to their role as focal elements, naturally becoming both visual highlights and spatial organizers.
Through experimentation and testing different configurations, we continually challenge ourselves to develop original concepts, not just in the shaping of objects, but in weaving a coherent story around volume and materiality that is expressive and eye-catching.

For the boardroom, creative tailor-made solutions were developed to meet AG’s brief for 24 seats with generous modular space per user.

A series of interventions were made to expand the room including wall removal and structural reinforcement as well as revealing the original curved ceiling to create a sense of spaciousness and elegant harmony.
The pièce maîtresse anchoring the space is a curved, impressive bespoke table that seamlessly integrates all equipment and orients users toward the large screen.

Small “starry” spotlights add brilliance and cohesion, while Maude Sauvage’s Ovos textile installation adorns the main wall, telling a story of interplay between form, color, and volume.
