Since the beginning, the aim was to excel in design and construction management. Through the exhaustive research on the design and the careful organization of the construction management of the building, there has been a very close control on the quality of the undertaken works. The practice has undertaken commissions around Greece, mostly private buildings, development housing projects, office bu

ildings, shop refits etc. Over the years, there has been a close collaboration with the architectural practice of Porphyrios Associates in the U.K. Andreas Zannas Architects has acted as executive or supervising architects on various projects of theirs in Greece and Cyprus. Since 2012 there is a close collaboration with Aession LLC Development Company of the USA, participating in the development of special houses in the area of Greenwich Connecticut. Since 2015 lives in Bruxelles, Belgium. He collaborates closely with Alektor Development Company of Belgium.
