Still recovering a little from Plantlovers Day… 🌿☀️
We already thanked our visitors, but we also want to take a moment to thank the people behind the scenes who helped make this day possible.
💚 Bekri — for packing up all the purchased plants, helping with logistics throughout the day and keeping the lunch service running smoothly.
📸 Nathalie — who once again beautifully captured the atmosphere of Plantlovers Day through her camera.
🧬 Arne — biologist, plant enthusiast and host of two incredibly interesting moss pole workshops, where participants learned not just how to build a moss pole, but also why plants actually benefit from growing on one.
🌱 Rudi — our head grower, who together with Dirk hosted two propagation & repotting workshops. The dynamic between those two is honestly fantastic, and the combined knowledge they share is enormous.
👏 Jasper — our student worker with an incredible amount of plant knowledge, who also had the courage to guide a large tour group through the nursery. Massive respect for Jasper.
🏷️ Ali — for preparing the pop-up shop (and now also helping dismantle it again), and for somehow making sure all the price labels ended up on the correct pots 😅
And of course also a huge thank you to everyone else who helped before, during and after the event — from carrying plants and preparing the greenhouse to answering questions and cleaning up afterwards.
Plantlovers Day is always a real team effort 💚
