Located in Mladost, at a key crossroads and just steps from Aleksandar Malinov metro station, Cvetnica sets a new standard for urban elegance and connectivity. With panoramic views toward Vitosha Mountain and immediate access to the city’s main arteries, the location is simply exceptional.

The design introduces a fresh architectural language to Sofia – clean vertical lines, sculpted façade elements, and a refined interplay of light and texture. By day, the building stands with confident presence; by night, it transforms into a luminous urban statement.
