This week, we're going to the south of France for our "Industrial Real Estate" project.
🏆 The "Industrial Real Estate" visualisations were needed to tell the project story for a competition. Located in an industrial zone in the low Alps, the project aimed to replace an abandoned, concrete factory with a large-scale modern-day facility.
In a single month, we prepared 15 images and a 3-minute video that included:
human eye-level views 👀
aerial views ✈️
drone integrations 🚁
Kicking off the project, our long-term client trusted us with the full creative freedom to present the building. This allowed us to explore a new dimension of storytelling – more precisely, in camera angles and drone integrations with:
early morning, pre-sunrise, shots 🌅
golden hour, sunset views 🌆
🚁 Those drone integrations were one of the more challenging aspects of the project itself. But, thanks to the excellent communication with , we understood the terrain, swiftly.
🎮 Speaking of the terrain, we explored different workflows to create it. For example, we used the technique game developers implement for their terrains, adding a sense of realism to the rugged cliffside landscape. 🪨
The key to our success with "Industrial Real Estate" were:
