With a focus on bioclimatic design, the balconies foster a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, visually integrating with the surrounding environment. Their layout enables cross ventilation from north to south, while shielding views and openings from direct solar exposure
Con un enfoque en el diseño bioclimático, los balcones del edificio favorecen una conexión fluida entre el interior y el exterior, articulándose visualmente con el entorno. Su disposición permite la ventilación cruzada de norte a sur, al mismo tiempo que protege las vistas y las aberturas de la incidencia directa del sol.

🙋 We invite neighbourhoods to dream about their future, build partnerships in a truly bottom-up way, and demonstrate innovative NEB solutions. The NEB Facility is your blueprint to begin this transformation today!

Comprised of an R&I and a Roll-out component, the NEB Facility aims to link clean transition with social inclusion and local democracy, looking at circular and sustainable solutions for the built environment and innovative funding and business models. Here is how:

📌 The R&I component will support research, testing, and demonstration with an indicative budget of €120 million per year under Horizon Europe.

📌 The Roll-out component will help further deploy methods and approaches with an equivalent budget under other existing EU programmes.

Renovación Integral de un Gimnasio en Funcionamiento.
Redefinimos sus áreas sin eliminar su actual volumetría estructural, permitiendo que el cliente pueda ahorrar en costos de obra y aumentar sus ingresos, con el diseño de una pequeña Cafetería dentro del gimnasio, conectada visualmente al área de atención al cliente y a las áreas de entrenamiento, bajo un concepto interior vanguardista, incorporado en el diseño de la iluminación y en la materialidad de todo el gimnasio.
Complete Renovation of an Existing Gym.
We redefined its areas without eliminating its existing structural volume, allowing the client to save on construction costs and increase revenue. The design included a small Café within the gym, visually connected to the customer service area and the training areas. This was achieved through a cutting-edge interior design, incorporated into the lighting design and the materials used throughout the gym.
