Panorama House emerges from the duality between brutalist strength and the lightness of form. Exposed concrete expresses its structural logic with honesty, permanence, and monumentality, while the fluid volumes defy gravity, creating an architecture that is simultaneously solid and ethereal.

The grand entrance portal acts as a spatial and sensory transition element. Its monumental void slows the rhythm of everyday life, transforms the user’s perception, and guides the arrival into the interior spaces.

As this threshold is crossed, the visitor is led into an oasis of calm and contemplation, where time, nature, and architecture merge into an atmosphere of silence, relaxation, and balance
A Casa Panorama nasce da dualidade entre a força brutalista e a leveza das formas . O concreto aparente expressa sua lógica estrutural com honestidade, permanência e monumentalidade, enquanto os volumes fluidos parecem desafiar a gravidade, criando uma arquitetura simultaneamente sólida e etérea.

O grande portal de entrada funciona como um elemento de transição espacial e sensorial. Seu vazio monumental desacelera o ritmo cotidiano, transforma a percepção do usuário e prepara a chegada aos ambientes internos.

Ao atravessar esse limiar, o visitante é conduzido a um oásis de calma, contemplação onde tempo, natureza e arquitetura se fundem em uma atmosfera de silêncio, relaxamento e equilíbrio.
