We recently received some new finished interior photos from one of our Ontario projects, and we couldn’t wait to share a sneak peek.

These images showcase the main floor living room, kitchen, dining, and bar area, along with the loft space above the bar. The massive windows off the living room and dining area capture an incredible waterfront view and bring so much natural light into the space.

We can’t wait to see how the rest of this home turned out — more finished photos coming soon!

Another incredible build taking shape in Sun Peaks, BC 👏

This 4,400 sq.ft. custom home is coming together beautifully and is packed with thoughtful design from top to bottom. With 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and a fully self-contained 1 bed, 1 bath basement suite, this home offers both luxury and flexibility.

The main floor features an open concept living space that flows seamlessly out to a covered deck—perfect for soaking in those mountain views. You’ll also find a dedicated office and a spacious laundry/mudroom conveniently located off the 2-car garage.

Upstairs is where things really shine ✨ A stunning open-to-below loft with floor-to-ceiling glass overlooks the living room and frames the surrounding landscape. This level also includes a luxurious primary suite, a secondary bedroom and bath, and a junior master suite.

Another completed project in Sun Peaks ❄️🏔️

This 4,300sq.ft. timber frame home blends clean, simple design with the warmth and character of natural materials—perfectly suited for its mountain setting.

Project update from site.

Back in March, we shared this post and beam home when it was just the log package going up—now look at it. With the walls, siding, and roofing in place, it’s really starting to take shape and feel like a home.

The log details are coming through beautifully, and you can already see how everything is tying together with the surrounding landscape. It’s always exciting to hit this stage where the structure transitions from frame to finished form.

We’re looking forward to seeing this one through to completion—and hopefully the next update we share will be the finished home.

There’s nothing better than seeing a vision come to life!

On our latest site visit to Sun Peaks, we got to see the progress on one of our modern timbe frame homes.

This 4,300 square foot home features;
open concept main floor living,
a spacious walk-in pantry,
4 bedrooms & 5.5 bathrooms,
a dedicated office space,
a large rec room,
a ski/mudroom,
a large partially covered deck,
and a 2 car garage.

And lastly, this home includes a fully self-contained 1 bed, 1 bath basement suite with its own private entry and laundry.

One of our favourite parts of what we do is seeing our designs come to life.

This 2,800 sq.ft. post & beam home is currently in the works. The log structure runs through the center of the home, while the wings and the two-car garage are conventionally framed.

The layout was designed for both everyday living and entertaining, featuring:
• A welcoming covered entry
• 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths
• An office
• A mudroom with laundry
• A large basement rec room
• A partially covered deck

There’s still a lot more to come, but it’s always exciting to see the bones of a home start to take shape.

Which one would you choose?

Are you drawn to the dark and moody palette, or do you prefer the light and bright textures?

Both of these exterior concepts highlight the same design, just with two very different material directions. The darker palette leans into rich contrast and a more dramatic, rustic feel, while the lighter version creates a softer, brighter look that blends beautifully with the natural surroundings.

If you know us, you might guess which one we lean toward… we’ve always had a bit of a soft spot for the dark and moody option. It must come from our rustic roots.
