We're excited to introduce The Coach House – a new project with a lot of history already behind it.

🐎 Located on the same property as a matching red brick heritage home dating back to the mid-to-late 1800s, this outbuilding has spent decades serving as a garage and storage space. But beneath its weathered exterior are hints of an even older story. From the original timber construction to markings in the floor that suggest horse stalls may have once stood here, this building has plenty of history.

Our team is on site transforming the structure into a fully functional stand-alone living space. The main floor will feature an open kitchen and living area, while the upper level will include a bedroom, bathroom, and laundry. Retrofitting a building of this age comes with its challenges, but it's also what makes projects like this so rewarding.

Preserving the character of the original structure while creating a comfortable, modern home is a process we're thrilled to be part of. We're looking forward to sharing the progress along the way, so follow along as The Coach House begins its next chapter.

The Willow Project is continuing to come together, one detail at a time – and this week, we’re seeing some exciting progress with the floors and bathroom! This is helping to make the entire space feel more complete.

🌿 Flooring work is now well underway, with a combination of wood grain tile and engineered hardwood bringing warmth and texture into each space. The kitchen, hallway, and bathroom are being finished with durable wood-look tile, while the bedrooms are getting engineered hardwood for a softer, more natural feel.

Progress is also continuing in the bathroom. With the plumbing now in place, the shower is fully waterproofed and prepped for tile installation. The shower floor has been tiled, and next week we will continue the shower walls as more of the final details start taking shape 💙

Every step brings the Willow Project a little closer to the finish line, and we’re excited to keep sharing the journey along the way. Thank you for continuing to follow along as we bring this space to life for a great family!

Big progress happening at the Willow Project! 🙌

The drywall stage is really transforming the space, and it’s exciting to see these rooms starting to feel like a home instead of a construction site. Every update brings us one step closer to the finished vision.

🌿 Drywall, taping, and sanding are now complete in the kitchen, bedroom 1 and bathroom. What a difference! The spaces look cleaner and it’s much easier to picture all the final details coming together now. There’s still a lot to do, but this phase always feels like a major turning point in a renovation.

More progress coming soon as the Willow Project keeps moving ahead. Stay tuned… the next stages are where the hard work really starts to show!

We are taking another step forward at the Willow Project as we install the new windows and wrap up the electrical work. These key updates are starting to bring more function and light into the space.

🌿 We’ve cut out and installed the new windows, bringing in more natural light and slowly making this addition feel like home again. At the same time, all electrical wiring has been completed, with everything now in place for lighting and outlets.

Each update makes the Willow Project feel more like a finished home. We’re getting closer to the details that truly define the space, and it’s exciting to see it all coming together.

What started as an exterior wall is now a wide-open space!

🌿 The Willow Project’s bump-out addition is coming along nicely. We are constructing an extension on one side of the home to increase the square footage by 68 ft. combined between the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom 1.

A lot had to happen to get this far – the drywall and insulation came down, the exterior wall was removed and the joists are being extended. It’s detailed, technical work, made even more challenging by a stretch of nasty wind and snow, but our crew has kept things moving forward every step of the way!

We’re still in the early stages, but the transformation is well underway. With the new space open, it’s easy to see how this addition will improve the flow and function of the home. There’s plenty more to do, and we look forward to sharing each stage!

We’re on site at our renovation + addition project and things are really coming together outside.

🏡 The new siding is officially up, and it blends seamlessly with the existing home for a polished, cohesive look. On top of that, brand-new glass doors are now in place, opening the space to even more natural light and brightening everything inside 🌞

🛠️ Every step is bringing this home closer to the finished vision, and we couldn’t be more excited. Thank you for following along, this is just one more piece of the bigger picture coming together!
