We’re excited to officially introduce the newest member of the Happy Place Spaces team, Taylor Humber!

Taylor joined our team in May and brings a wonderful combination of design knowledge, hands-on experience, and positive energy. She is a Design Certificate graduate and is certified through our Happy Place Creation Staging & Organizing Program.

Before joining Happy Place Spaces, Taylor worked in furniture sales and construction, giving her a unique eye for both style and functionality.

As our JR Designer • Stager • Organizer, Taylor helps clients create spaces that feel beautiful, functional, and truly like home.

For this project, we started with an in-home consultation—no report needed because we already knew we’d be back to bring the vision to life ourselves. During our walkthrough, our wonderful client took notes on a few key pieces for purchase that would elevate the space and showcase its full potential.⁣
⁣
Just a few days later, we returned to get this stunning home photo-ready. In just 3 hours, we decluttered, tucked away anything that didn’t belong in listing photos, and styled each space to highlight its luxury and charm.⁣
⁣
And here’s the best part—we didn’t bring in or rent a single piece of furniture or decor. Everything you see in these photos was already in the home (aside for a few new purchases)! With a fresh perspective and strategic styling, we can often transform a space using what you already have, saving time and money while still creating incredible results.⁣

We started with a consultation where the homeowners received an extensive report on how to get their home market-ready. After chatting through the plan, they decided a little extra help would go a long way!⁣

We booked a 3-hour hands-on session, and one week later we returned with rented furniture to add to what was already there, layered in decor, and made sure this property was perfect. By noon, it was photo-ready! 📸🏡
