Sometimes a kitchen just needs a fresh face to feel brand new. For this project in Abbotsford, we replaced all the cabinet doors and drawer fronts with crisp white panels while giving the island a modern touch in cool grey. We made sure every piece fit perfectly, from the new oven surround to carefully installed hardware.

We handled repairs around the stove frame and added a durable waterborne polyurethane finish for extra resilience. The result is a kitchen that feels brighter, more functional, and updated—without a full remodel.

Sometimes all it takes is new doors and drawers to give a kitchen a fresh look.

For this home in Abbotsford, we replaced the old cabinet fronts with Shaker style doors in a cool grey Suedette finish. The taller doors now meet the countertops for a smooth, updated line. We reused the existing hardware to keep things familiar, while making small adjustments and touchups to get every detail right.

It’s always surprising how much wear shows up under cabinets, especially when flaking starts to spread.

For this Maple Ridge kitchen, we tackled some serious prep before refinishing every cabinet surface in a honey oak stain with just enough variance to highlight the wood’s character. Doors and drawer faces were carefully removed, sanded, and sprayed with waterborne polyurethane for lasting protection, while tough spots like the flaking underside near the sink got extra attention with sanding and fresh paint. We also replaced drawer boxes with soft-close slides, updated shelves, and installed new hinges and handles in a sleek black and brushed nickel mix.

The end result is a kitchen that feels refreshed and ready for daily life. If your cabinets are showing their age, there are options before a full renovation.
