One of the most unexpected parts of building this farm has been watching people create memories here.

What started as a dream to grow flowers and create something beautiful has slowly turned into a space where people come to celebrate, document seasons of life, and create.

That’s become one of my favourite parts of all of this.

The Frequency Farm is now available for branding sessions, family photos, couples shoots, maternity sessions, content creation, small gatherings and large special events throughout the season.

The space changes constantly as different flowers bloom, which makes every visit feel a little different from the last. Some weeks feel wild and colourful, others softer and slower. There’s always something new coming to life here.

It’s peaceful, seasonal, a little tucked away, and intentionally designed to feel connected to nature.

If you’re a photographer, creator, or someone looking for a beautiful space to create something meaningful, I’d love to have you here.

Feel free to reach out for availability and bloom updates throughout the season.

**Something special is coming June 17th ✨**

What if one evening could help you remember who you are?

We're bringing together two of our favourite things - flowers and the wisdom of Human Design, for a night that's equal parts learning, creating, and coming home to yourself.

Think: understanding your unique energy blueprint, how it guides you through life, decision making and so much more.

Think: building a bouquet that actually *feels* like you, with fresh seasonal flowers at sunset on The Frequency Farm

🌸🌸🌸

Details and tickets open Friday June 5th. Set your notifications - as we've had a ton of interest and limited spaces

Comment below if you're in and send this to a friend who needs a night like this.

I think flower farming can look really simple online sometimes.

From pretty bouquets to peaceful garden moments...all of which are real, but also only a small part of it.

What people don’t always see is everything happening behind the scenes at the same time. The planning, crop timing, constantly trying to stay a season ahead...the list goes on. All working together to keep a flower farm running.

Some days really are peaceful and beautiful.

Other days not so much, you’re figuring things out as you go.

And honestly, learning how to grow flowers was only half of it, the other half is learning how to run a business.

Most of what I know now came from trial and error, adjusting, and simply sticking with it long enough to learn.

That’s a huge reason why I care so much about sharing the real side of this life and setting realistic expectations for people who want to start, too.

What happens behind the scenes may not always be glamorous, but it’s part of what makes this life feel so meaningful.

Save this for your perennial list!

Sedum

I am planting Autumn, Joy and Autumn fire. They're a beautiful foliage to add to your fall bouquets and it dries as well.

Don't overlook this tough but beautiful perennial. Sedum gives us armloads of late season blooms, feeds the pollinators and adds character and fullness to your late Summer and Autumn bouquets.

We had the best afternoon in the Valley at the .hatbar event. I made the cutest custom hat - and you know I love a good hat! So many accessories and brands to choose from.

So... Since last year I've been trying to host a hat event here at the farm, looking for the right company to partner with. Would you come? Comment below and tell me.

This course isn’t really about flowers.

I mean, yes… there are flowers. A lot of them. 🤍

But underneath all of that, this is really about building something that feels meaningful to you.

It’s about finally starting the thing you keep thinking about.

Learning as you go.

Creating something slower, more intentional, and connected to real life.

It’s about realizing you don’t need a massive farm, years of experience, or everything perfectly figured out before you begin.

Because honestly, I didn’t have those things either.

This course was created to make the beginning feel less overwhelming. To share the things I wish someone had told me earlier. And to help more women realize that starting small still counts.

The flowers are just part of the story.
