Big Mac cravings solved using your own home BBQ.

These delicious smash burgers were made on our Gridiron Pro Griddle using the Burger Stamp!

Save this recipe for later!

Burger ingredients
• 2 lbs lean ground beef
• 1½ tbsp Montreal steak spice
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 4 white hamburger buns
• 4 slices cheese
• 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
• Sliced pickles

Burger sauce
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp sweet relish
• 2 tbsp ketchup
• 2 tsp yellow mustard
• 1 tbsp minced onion
• ½ tsp paprika
• ¼ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp onion powder
• ¼ tsp garlic powder

Thank you Rena, for showing us that The Mule is a total workhorse. This heavy-duty steel can fit multiple sourdough loaves in one bake, so you can get more bread in the oven at once.

+ Four finger holes make it easier to handle, too. Because a steel this big is going to have some weight to it.
