What you're looking at is one beautiful update.

Started this bathroom with a full demo right to the stud.

First installed new plumbing for the shower and vanity.
For the walls and floor we installed new insulation, v***r barrier ,drywall and subfloor.

For the shower we installed a tub with hydroblok waterproofing for the walls with 3"x6" subway tile and white grout. For the floor we installed luxury vinyl.

To finish it off we install shower components, toilet, vanity and replaced 5 interior doors.

Mirror and light was done by Elias Electrical Inc

Another job done!!!

What you're looking at here is one good looking basement bathroom.

I started with fixing the cement around the shower drain, then self-level for the perfect level.
Installed the shower pan and shower surround.
Installed shluter waterproofing membrane for the floor, then installed 4"x16" tile with white grout.
Installed vanity, toilet and light.

What you are looking at is one beautiful update for an on-suite bathroom.
Started with a full demo, out with the old in with the new.
Installed new plumbing, insulation, v***r barrier and subfloor.
Waterproofed shower and floor with shluter membrane.
The shower has 2ftx4ft tile on one wall and 32"x32" tile for the other 2 walls, for the floor we have 6" hex tile.
Installed shower components, toilet, vanity, mirror and floating shelves.

All electrical for this bathroom was done by Elias Electrical Inc

Had a roof leak fixed by Dufour's Roofing

Both this companies come highly recommended by Bob's home reno.

Been some time since my last post but still really busy with many pictures to come.

What you see here is 91ft of tightly fitted fence.
For this particular fence, the ground locates only let us hand dig all holes.

For a stronger and longer lasting fence we used 6x6 posts, attach 2x4 between each post and to close it off with 6ft fence boards, for one good looking fence.

It's been some time since I've posted last, here one of my latest.

What you're looking at is a full bathroom tile job. started with an mosaic stone tile for the shower floor. For the shower walls and bathroom floor I used 7in x 2ft tiles and to finish it off with a tile baseboard for one happy customer.

Another job done, another satisfied customer!

What you're looking at here, is an update from a shower surround, to a 3ftx4ft beautiful tile shower.

Started with removing the old shower surround, and opening up the floor. By cutting out existing floor tile, and completing removal.

Installed plumbing for the shower panel, and waterproofed it with a Schluter, shower kit membrane.

The tiles selected by the customer, were porcelain 1ftx2ft , with a glass tile border on the top. For the base, river stone . They requested a custom shower shelf inset, with beautiful marble edging.

Installed shower panel, and glass shower door- for one amazing looking shower.

Been a minute since I've posted, lots of jobs on the go this summer that are wrapping up, with more posts to come!

What you're looking at below, is an update for 2 platforms, 2 staircases, with an added pergola. Finished off with a beautiful railing and black balusters.

Started with new 6x6 footings, with 3-2x8s supports, 2 for the platforms and 1 for the 8ft staircase.

Built 2 platforms, built stairs ,installed railings, and pergola posts into the frames.
For the top of both platforms: deck boards, and the stairs are 2x6.

To finish it off with railing balusters, pergola top, privacy wall, and lattice skirt.

Another job done!!!

What you're looking at is a classic cover up. Looks good from the outside, but has black mold, and carpenters ants on the inside.

The only thing to do now is start over...
1st I removed everything that can be re-used. Doing so helps reduce material cost, then I remove what's not salvageable.

Started rebuilding, by framing walls, and roof, then installing plywood on the exterior.
I installed the roof to line up perfectly to the existing garage roof.

Next I needed to remove double layered shingles from the roof, and replace 6 sheets of rotten plywood. (2 layers of shingles is not the proper way to lay a roof. This will cause water to be trapped between, and rot out the plywood underneath the shingles.) Following the shingle removal, Installed tyvek house wrap and siding

Electrical was done by Elias Electrical Inc (highly recommended, skilled workmanship, and just a considerate tradesman, to both the customer and other work done on site.)

To finish everything off, installed insulation, plywood walls and built 2 new work benches and one landing.

What you're looking at is 12ftx16ft deck .

We started with 5x5 posts for footings and railing. lag bolted the frame to the posts for support.

Installed deck boards, stairs and to finish it off, with beautiful black ballasters for the railing.
