This cottage got a much needed new front porch!

Timber frame with exposed pine T&G, new deck and regal railing, new board and batten accent wall and new sconces and chandelier were some of the major upgrades.

These owners were absolutely amazing during the whole process from planning to the final screw and we can't thank them enough! Excited to work with them again in the future.

Thanks to for help with the steel roof, and an exceptional job on tieing into the old facia and trough.

Landscapers made it in to the loon call lake addition so were able to finish the stairs!

6' wide red cedar stairs with custom red cedar doors for the crawl space!

New front deck, regal railing, 12' step.

Clients getting interlock walkway so we temporarily shored up step until landscapers get there for the walkway so they can run it under the step.

New bathroom alert!

Tile was cracked and the toilet and vanity were also failing.

So all new waterproofing, tile floor inside and outside shower, new tiled walls, new toilet and vanity and reused the old fixtures.

Redid 24' of fence damaged from the ice storm this year while on site.

Thanks to the awesome owner, she was nothing short of spectacular to work for. Back next year to replace the rest of the fence.

This might be my favorite/most challenging deck to date!

New western red cedar radius deck!

We decided to rip out all the old stair framing as it was just resting on dirt, and cut new stringers resting on patio stones to wrap around the entire radius of the deck.

We also switched the deck board direction to run parallel with the house so there were no awkward transitions like before.

Added a custom cedar railing on the high side of the deck and added the picture frame around the exterior.

All hidden fasteners in this deck which allows for all the attention to be on the beautiful cedar.

2nd story deck began leaking severely into sunroom below, tore off existing deck, patched rotted subfloor, new EDPM room membrane, rebuilt deck with hidden fastener in deck boards, 2x8 picture frame border with black aluminum at house side tucked behind vinyl to keep water from entering behind ledger!

Also, revamped stairs and landings to not have the awkward first step.

All new 1x6 skirting as well as some beautiful regal railing!

Gave this old cottage quite the face lift,

New front porch and sunroom addition and complete re-do of the exterior.

We did all demolition, footings, framing, siding, windows and doors, deck and railings.

Thanks to brinkman construction for sending this one our way and organizing sub trades for the soffit and facia, new shingled roof, stone on existing foundation and all electrical work.

Unfortunately the landscaper couldn't make it this year so we will be building the stairs for new entry and deck after they put the stone in for us to work to.

New crawl space doors going in this winter.

All new decking with picture frame border, new stairs and landing, and all new modern aluminum and glass railing. Decided to keep the bay, as it adds alot of character to the deck.

This was a fun one!

Updated both bedrooms, all new pine ceiling, lighting,drywall, trim and windows.

Expanded bathroom, added new vanity, tiled shower with sliding glass doors, new windows, red cedar ceiling and trim, new vinyl floor.

Being a water access added its list of challenges but turned out great.
