Renovating an already finished space can be as high impact as a newly finished space. This underused basement space is a good example of that. We replaced the carpet with quality vinyl plank and insulated underlayment, updated trim and new shaker doors, much lighter and brighter paint throughout, added a shiplap feature wall in the tv/fireplace area, new wet bar cabinetry and quartz countertop, completely renovated bathroom, refinished stairs to match the floors. The owners report spending significantly more time in this space post reno. Can't blame them!

Here's a kitchen renovation from awhile back. The client chose to paint a solid kitchen rather than replace. Added a stacker and crown moulding to take the cabinets to the ceiling, new quartz countertop and backsplash, new hardware, updated lighting. New flooring, new awning window over the sink. Stunning result for less than the cost of new cabinets.

Very rewarding kitchen/main floor reno from awhile back in Aurora. Included before pictures to show huge transformation. We were able to eliminate the bulkheads and take the cabinets up to the ceiling. New wood flooring throughout the main floor. Improved lighting, quartz countertops, pot filler over the range, herringbone marble backsplash, so many upgrades! Beautiful and practical! Beautiful design work by to pull the project together. This basement bathroom was a little tight, had a small, failing, moldy shower and needed a complete purge. We incorporated an adjacent hallway that didn't really go anywere and created a great bathroom with a custom shower, heated floor, some tidy storage and a change room space for use with the backyard pool. Huge transformation and much more functional.

Created a 3 piece basement bathroom and hallway from scratch on this project. New separate entrances to a storage room on one side and the furnace room on the other. Great use of the space and tidied up an area adjacent to existing family room.
