FREE 3D LANDSCAPE & DECK DESIGN 🤩
One of the most important stages in any landscape construction project, which is often overlooked, is the design phase. Some clients don't want to spend the money, and some contractors like to rush the quoting stage so they can get the job and bypass the design phase.
We at Green Side Up Contracting, we are huge believers in the fact that every successful project starts with a rock-solid 3D design. A 3D design will allow you to see your new space on paper! You'll be able to clearly visualize the end results.
Our drawings include materials type, accurate measurements, a grading map and a list of recommended plants.
With a completed design that includes all measurements, etc., you can send it to three contractors for quotes to ensure you get the best value.
Best value means the best overall proposal: best warranty, payment terms, reputation, years in business, and, of course, pricing!
Starting off with the design will save you a ton of time and much frustration, as you will already know what you want. You've seen it on paper! You will not have to listen to multiple contractors who quite often tell you what you want.

To help you further, we will cover the cost of the 3D design. You pay the design fee upfront, and if you choose Green Side Up Contracting, we will deduct the full design fee from your invoice. It's really that simple.
