So happy how this house turned out and excited for the new owners to move in April 2025. While we are booked for summer and fall this year, we hope to be completing another new house project of our own again this winter so stay tuned for another turn key project that may suite as your affordable dream home in 2026!

For anyone complaining about landlords, this is not a common site but some thing unfortunately you are left with by a tenant every once in a while. This person had been told almost 2 months before moving out at the end of June that it had to be cleaned up and at this point all of the neighbours were complaining and I just had to end up doing it myself...
