Happy Friday! Once a month OX will be posting an interesting fact about trees you can find locally. This week we are talking about maple trees. How many species of maple trees can you name? Do you have any growing on your property?
The ten original to Canada are: vine maple, rocky mountain maple, bigleaf maple, Manitoba maple, black maple, striped maple, red maple, sugar maple, silver maple and mountain maple.
