So happy we could get this ground cover garden and sod installed for our amazing customers Pat and Frank! They're definitely the kind of customers that make the job that much more enjoyable!

With the hillside not being able to really grow grass our solution was to install a ground cover garden with lots of sun/shade perennial ground cover plants that will eventually grow out to cover the entire hillside with beautiful colours and the roots of the plants will help to prevent the hillside from eroding away as well.

Well we have been so busy this season we haven't had time to upload any pictures from our recent jobs! Heres one that we were thrilled to see at the end!

This hillside was torn up by a skidsteer that had sunk in the mud so we came in and regraded the hillside, then brought in some fresh sod and finished it all off with a small seating area for the fence bar the owner had installed previously!

Some before and afters of a job we just wrapped up for another amazing client!

Before we had large cedars blocking everything, out of control ground cover, and some w**d infested rocks beside the house.

We removed all of the out of control plants, replaced them with nice low maintenance options! We went with a nice thick layer of pea stone beside the house and a good high quality filter cloth to keep the w**ds away for a long time to come! As well as my favorite part, a nice clean raised garden bed! The best part about a raised bed is they're easy on the back when you're gardening in them and they look amazing as well!

Absolutely LOVE how this sod job turned out! We've said it before and we'll say it again, you can't beat working on the water! It was definitely a fun experience barging everything across the river to the job, even learned how to tie a boat up 😌😅

a HUGE shout out to Kyle Zardo at Big Bay Media for capturing all of these clips for us and the amazing timelapse! You definitely helped us to elevate our images and videos on this job! We can't wait to see this grass in the back of some wedding pictures 😂

Progress was definitely made this weekend! A beautiful two days spent on the water barging a dump truck worth of dirt to an island to prepare for this sod job! Was definitely a great time working on the water, doesn't get much better than that 👍

Now that our grading is all complete we will be back onto this job later this week to lay some sod and maybe even have some time to jump in the water afterwards 🤞😅

Looking forward to getting this done for one of our amazing customers!

Sunday well spent fighting back some w**ds! Always nice to finish the week with a job so close to the waterfront, we definitely took a dip in Georgian Bay after the work was done 🌊
