Mother Nature was very kind to us these past few weeks enabling us to get this garage and boathouse completed. The cedar siding was only 4-5 years old but the stain had completely failed in the areas that received direct sunlight. The video is me doing a light pass with 120 grit and as you can see, not much effort was needed to remove the stain. We did a complete sand back to the raw cedar and started with a clean slate. We used Sansin SDF on this garage and boathouse to make sure it looks better than it did when it was new! We will ensure to keep this property on a maintenance schedule to keep it looking beautiful. I’m definitely going to miss this view 😍😍

To say this job was a challenge would be an understatement. We completed this custom stained wood veneer wall covering job for our friends at A huge thank you to them to make sure we had safe and secure work platforms to work off of 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼. Safety never takes a holiday! We are super happy how it turned out! A 4 story line of wall covering took A LOT of planning, measuring, measuring again, not to mention the amount of prep required after removing the old wallpaper. We are always up for a challenge and this one was knocked out of the park!

Our latest popcorn ceiling removal project. We firstly had to build a safe work platform to safely access the skylight. We then used our Festool Planex to remove as much texture as possible before hand scraping the remaining. After 2 skim coats we prime, then look over every square inch with a light to get every imperfection fixed. We then spot prime the final repairs followed by 2 coats of Benjamin Moore ceiling paint. Since we had to fasten our platform to the walls we removed the platform, patched the holes then painted the walls to make everything look nice and sharp! It amazes me how much more light bright the entire area is without the popcorn ceiling.

With the help of my kids, we took advantage of the snow day to do our annual Christmas Food Bank donation. As a company and as a family we are very lucky to have what we have. Our kids have always enjoyed filling the shopping cart and bringing it down to help those in need. I would like to thank all of our amazing customers, each and every one of you are part of this as well.
