Do you have an apartment for rent, that's just not looking it's best? Maybe it needs a deep clean, or a little paint. Here's my latest transformation, my clients were tickled pink, and it rented in a week. Here are a few before and after pictures. I do the extra things, like caulk, remove mold, replace dirty old vents, stains on ceilings, paint metal doors, so its fresh and clean for the next tenant.

Well it's been a busy year so far, lots of great clients and projects. Here's my latest project, a 2 bedroom apt, that even after I cleaned still looked awful, so I got the contract to paint it. Looks so much better now. It's amazing what paint and caulk can do.

Well this has been a busy month! Cleaning rentals, and doing gardens. Here are some before and after shots of a pet waste infested house. Took 3 days but I got it clean. I did windows, sils and tracks, walls, inside/outside of all kitchen and bathroom cabinets,inside and out of all appliances, floor vents, removed hard water from sinks and tubs, cleaned reno mess in Furnace room, bathroom exhaust vents, washed all baseboards, front door, interior doors and frames, washed hardwood floors 3 times, cleaned yard, cleaned garbage cans, put disinfectant in vents. It was a big job, and clients are happy.

Windows inside and out, sils and tracks, walls, washed all baseboards, cleaned floor vents, and registers, cold air return, washed floors 3 times, washed inside and out of all kitchen and bathroom cabinets, cleaned bathrooms exhaust vents, walls, removed hard water from bathroom sinks and tubs, cleaned deck, yard, stinky garbage cans, front door, interior doors, and door frames, cleaned fridges, stoves and washer/dryers.

This was a deep clean, every nook and cranny was dirty! Windows, sils, screens too, scraped paint over spray off all exterior windows, 2 full days, and it looked brand new when I finished. Happy clients 💙
