Dear Valued Customer

It is with deep regret that I make this post today. TNS Custom Blinds was a family established business with my late husband Tom Sirois in 2016. Together along with our hard working & devoted employees, you our loyal customers, we worked hard to build this business. It was always our goal to provide quality products, excellent service and to work with honesty & integrity. I believe in my heart that we accomplished that. I sincerely appreciate all of the support & patience that you have provided through Tom’s illness & over the years as we have served our customers together.

It was my intent to sell this business after Tom passed but unfortunately that did not work out as I had hoped. Recent negotiations with a potential buyer fell through. My lease at this location will end within a few short months and I will NOT be renewing without Tom. It has been a very trying year in more ways than I can express in this post. The decision to NOT continue on with the business was not made lightly. It grieves me to close this chapter of my life & also that my daughter ( who absolutely loves her job ) & my other employees will have to as well. It would have been great if another individual could have continued on with TNS, but sadly that will not be the case. Some of you might miss having this service in our area. It was a great small family business.

Many of you may not know this, but not only do we manufacture & sell blinds locally to our clients here in the Bathurst region , we also sell & ship to many of our wholesale customers throughout Atlantic Canada. We are extremely busy with orders that will take us at least until the end of October or later to complete. Because of the time crunch I now find myself in, I had to make the difficult decision to stop taking any new orders effective immediately. PLEASE NOTE that our retail store will be closed so that we can focus on finishing up every last order BUT will be opened for scheduled pick up appointments only. Someone will call you when your orders are ready.

Again, I want to sincerely thank you for all your support & patronage over these past 10 years. It means more to me than you’ll ever know!
