I don't think these plants could fit in any more blooms than this do you?!?! This is year two for these perennials and I am so happy that they are doing great! I struggled for years trying to grow these different varieties of echinacea. I could grow the traditional type OK but I couldn't figure out why these pretty, different coloured varieties didn't do well, especially since they are supposed to be very easy to grow. I think what it really came down to was that I wasn't putting these plants in the right place! I know that they do best in full sun and are drought tolerant but now I realize, at least in my experience, that they NEED to be in full sun and dry soil or they don't do very well at all. Has anyone else had good luck at growing beauties? What's been your experience? Would love to see some pics!

I got a few of the flower beds weeded and my sister tidied up her veggie garden all just in time for an “inspection” from a little friend. 😁

It’s been a good year for roses so far! Happy to see them starting to bloom before the dreaded Japanese beetles arrive!
