We always find interesting things when we demo DIY renos. This is the largest bead of silicone I've ever seen! Must have taken 6 months to dry.

This bathtub rough-in has forced me to break our apparent 7 1/2 month hiatus on FB! 100% Chance this was done by a "brother-in-law/friend that's done a little plumbing". Don't do this....ever....please.....that's it.

As small business owners, we 100% agree with this article. Mike Holmes may know how to general contract a project but he's not a real contractor. He's a celebrity.

Dave Anderchek, JABA Construction, Saskatoon, says that, with totally inaccurate comments like this in the national press, it's "time for Mr. Holmes to leave" our industry.

Before and after pics of a kitchen renovation without changing the cabinets. Added cabinet lighting, changed the door and drawer hardware, replaced the counter top with quartz and installed a stone/glass backsplash.
