Dump Truck/Float Drivers

$18-22/hr
Fitzgibbon Construction is a Heavy Civil Construction and Asphalt Paving Company, Family owned and operated in the Quinte area since 1945.
We are looking forward to a busy year ahead and are adding to our growing team!
Currently we are hiring experienced Tri-axle Dump Truck Drivers! This is a full time seasonal position, compensation will be discussed and will depend on previous experience and training.
Qualifications:
- 3 years driving experience,
- Minimum valid Ontario DZ,
- Clean drivers abstract and CVOR,
- Able to drive manual and automatic trucks,
- Must be able to comfortably inspect all aspects of truck operation including but not limited to inspection of truck condition (i.e. pre-trip and post trip inspection of vehicle operation and systems),
- References
Expectations:
- Deliver material to job sites in a safe, efficient and timely manner.
- All drivers are expected to adhere to all obligatory municipal, provincial and federal standards including but not limited to appropriate weight limitations, speed limits, etc.
