We use an industrial grade Hot Crack Rubber Seal product designed and made in Canada for our Canadian climate, it has a 60% rubber compound allowing it to expand and contract with your Asphalt, it does not stick to tires once cured due to its high rubber content and lasts a long time compared to cold pour crack sealers.
We use our Landshark Asphalt Crack Cleaner ensuring all debris is cleaned out then apply our Hot Rubber Crack Fill

Typically, after spraying it can be walked on in as little as 1 hour
Can be driven on in as little as 24 hours (Weather Pending)
We recommend waiting a full 48 hours before subjecting to heavy traffic, especially in heavier applied and/or shaded areas.
Tire curbing (marks with heavy turns) is normal with all topcoat products especially in warmer weather, this will lesson in time.

Asphalt Rejuvenator is absorbed by the asphalt, typically it can be driven on in as little as one hour after application, (we recommend to wait 12 hours before subjecting to traffic to lesson tracking) it does not cure like a topcoat, the asphalt soaks it in.
Rejuvenator soaks into the Asphalt it will not wear off and will last 4 to 5 years. It is recommended by our supplier to wait a minimum of 3 years before reapplication of Rejuvenator.
Please note Rejuvenator may be slightly tacky on the top surface this will lesson within 24 hours and will be completely cured once it is totally absorbed by the asphalt.

Asphalt Rejuvenator is Maltene Replacement Technology (MRT) used for restoring and preserving the durability of asphalt. Rejuvenator restores the reactive maltene components that asphalt pavements lose due to the aging process, it deeply penetrates the surface to protect against air and water intrusion.
Unlike typical sealing products, Maltene Replacement Technology "MRT" chemically adjusts the asphalt binder’s rheology, increasing pe*******on values while decreasing viscosity and corresponding DSR (Dynamic Shear Rheometer) values.
Rejuvenator is the ideal preservation solution for Asphalt especially in commercial settings, it does not wear off like top coatings, Rejuvenator temporarily darkens the Asphalt to a almost new paved look, It will last 4 to 5 year's with a recommended recoat once every 3 to 4 years.
Please note this is not a topcoat sealer it is formulated to rejuvenate your Asphalt replenishing all the binding agents that the UV rays have dried up over time.
On aged asphalt projects we frequently recommend one application of Rejuvenator then seal it with Jet Black LP topcoat, by doing this all your asphalt binding agents are replenished, then we seal it in with our Jet Black LP Sealer, this in return greatly prolongs the life of your Asphalt protecting your large investment.

This project required extensive hot asphalt repairs, we treated the asphalt with rejuvenator on day 1, day 2 & 3 completed the hot asphalt repairs and completed hot rubber crack fill, Day 4 sealed their asphalt with Blackmac Top Coat..... This was a fun project and everyone enjoyed to see the end results. Owners saved a lot compared to replacement costs. Now they can enjoy their new driveway 😊
