✅ ️Check the receptacle has power
✅️ Dump some water in the sump to raise the float (its actually the switch)
✅️ Check the pump turns on and drains the water
✅️ Make sure your discharge is draining appropriately and not just returning to your basement, or your neighbour's!

Troubleshooting call from yesterday

Customer had a receptacle stop working unexpectedly. Traced the issue back to a tripped breaker and got power restored.
