Exterior season is here!

A lot of houses are starting to paint their exterior brick. This can seal off the bricks and give the bricks a cover up film sort of look.

This fireplace was stained with a water based brick stain. It allows the bricks to breath while looking brand new and refreshed.

It's perfect for interior or exterior brick!

Time lapse showing off how I prepared this one section on a massive summer project I just completed.

In this section I started by scraping all the areas that were peeling off.
Next was to prime all areas that has raw wood showing.
Third step is to tap and mask of windows, doors and metal sofit.
Final step is the fun part SPRAY TIME!

This job is the entire exterior of a log home on the 115.
The previous owners painted the board and baton and the logs a brownish colour that has been peeling or fading away.
The new owners went with Blue Spruce by Sherwin Williams.

I used emerald rain refresh for the exterior paint, it is an amazing paint for its UV protection and water repelling capabilities.

This job wouldn't have been able to get done without my new Graco 490 XT. The machine is a work horse and this was my first job using it and it did not disappoint!

Bringing some life back to this pool house!

Sanded and primed areas that needed some extra loving.

I used Sherwin Williams emerald rain refresh on this project. It is hands down the coolest exterior paint I have used and my new go to.
It has uv resistant properties and water beading technology in the paint.
When you hose this paint with water or it rains everything just falls right off of it.

Taping everything off is key as stain is messy.

I love the stain colour chosen and really makes the place feel like a big timber home!

This was the job that started it all!

What was supposed to be a kitchen and sun room addition paint job turned into so much more.

The client and contractor on this job asked if I could take on painting the garage after painting the inside. I was excited for the challenge and to take it on.

Once the garage was done and they saw my work and it then turned into the entire house.

The base of the house and window trim, fascia and garage doors were all sprayed cloud white.
The garage and house were sprayed in a custom made grey to match the addition siding.

This was a lot of fun to do. It really helped having a client and contractor who trusted me to do it well.
The compliments on the house as I was painting were gratifying too.

Painting the exterior of your house is much cheaper than new siding.
It's also very refreshing and adds lots of value.
Window trim, garage doors, doors, siding ( vinyl or aluminum), concrete and brick can all be sprayed using the right paints.

One of the first jobs when the company started.

This house was fully renovated on the main floor making it great for spray priming and ceilings.
After everything was primed and sprayed I hand cut and rolled the walls.

The stairwell and second floor was also re painted.

This is my business page to show case my portfolio and also a way to get a hold of me for business inquiries.

A little about the company:
My name is Spencer Leddy and I am the owner and operator of the company.
I am an individual company for now, as I continue to grow my business and skills.
I enjoy doing interior and exterior paint jobs and want to continue to grow my skills and take on bigger and more detailed jobs!

My background as a stainer for TIMBERKITS and a carpenters apprentice have helped me develop a passion for painting.
They also provided me with other skills that have come useful running a painting business.
